THE WORLD’S MOST FLEXIBLE LEVELING SYSTEM FOR ROAD CONSTRUCTION

The worldwide known MOBA-matic is the best-selling grade and slope control system in road construction. After a one-time calibration, the system takes over the control of the asphalt paver screed fully automatically and immediately. In combination with the Big Sonic Ski, you achieve maximum smoothness in the paving process. The simple and intuitive operation, as well as the high reliability are further aspects that have made our MOBA-matic so successful – there’ s a reason why so many OEMs already trust in our system factory-made.

AUTOMATIC GRADE CONTROL

Set the altitude setpoint and switch on the automatic mode. The Big Sonic Ski measures the actual value with its 4 sensors and the MOBA-Matic regulates the screed to the desired set value fully automatically.

ERGONOMIC & FUNCTIONAL DESIGN

The 4-button design allows an incredibly intuitive and efficient operation of the MOBA-Matic II. The backlit keys also make night work possible. The unique housing design is also functional according to the motto "form follows function" and therefore allows a very good grip.

Thanks to its compatibility with the largest number of sensors available on the market, the MOBA-Matic II can be used on the paver for a wide variety of applications. The reference can be made by laser, string, non-contact or 3D.

MANUFACTURER-INDEPENDENT

As a manufacturer-independent Hang-On System, the MOBA-Matic II, together with the Big Ski, can be installed on any paver in the world, regardless of age. This also applies to the Cross-Control function, i.e. control of both screed sides via one MOBA-Matic II.
