Features and benefits

As such, the 3D-matic adaption for pavers is the perfect assistant in building lasting roads with an extra smooth surface. Focused on a high-quality paving or milling, the system controls the screed or milling drum outstandingly precisely according to a previous uploaded 3D design file. On the 7“ touchscreen display MOBA Operand, the operator gets direct feedback on the target and actual values of the height and slope. The crew is then able to quickly react to changes.

Easy to operate

While the ruggedized 7“ touchscreen color display is optimized for a use in harsh conditions, the software was specialized for a particularly user-friendly handling. As such, the split screen mode for example allows the operaotr to have different values in just one overview.

Open Data Formats

3D Terrain models can be easily imported or created on the machine itself.

3D Measuring

High-precision 3D sensors (GNSS antenna or prism with total station) that can calculate design deviations in real time. The components provide optimal performance as they are industry proven.

Intelligent Paving

cross control

Cross Control means that, if the MOBA-Matic II is installed on both sides of the screed, both sides of the screed can be controlled via one panel. This allows operation by one operator. As soon as Cross Control is set, the Cross Control display appears where the heights for both sides can be set. The actual value for both sides is also displayed.
